Martin Hetzner of Hetzner Online acquires shares in MHB Montage GmbH
Merkendorf, March 4, 2025 - MHB Montage GmbH , based in Merkendorf, Bavaria, officially announces its new shareholder structure: As of January 1, 2025, Martin Hetzner has joined MHB Montage GmbH as a shareholder. The previous Managing Director and shareholder Joshua Tlapak remains in his role within the management and as majority shareholder.
Two family entrepreneurs are thus joining forces: Martin Hetzner, who has made a name for himself nationally and internationally within the data industry with Hetzner Online GmbH , and Joshua Tlapak, who co-founded MHB Montage GmbH and has led the company, which focuses on PV systems, to great prominence within the industry over the past ten years.

This merger strengthens our market position and allows us to pursue our growth strategy. In August 2024, Hetzner and Tlapak founded HT clean energy GmbH , a company that focuses on the operation of solar parks and large-scale battery storage systems. The aim of the collaboration is to operate large hybrid power plants from multiple energy sources in the long term. The first joint project between the two companies is the solar park in Nassau-Weikersheim (press photos attached). This is currently being built on an area of just under 7 hectares and will generate around 6.5 MW of power once completed, supplying more than 1,800 households with green electricity per year.
Further projects are already being planned and the two entrepreneurs are looking forward to the future and everything that lies ahead.
