Your area of responsibility
- Support of the project and construction management in all operational, conceptual and organizational tasks on a large construction site
- You are in close contact with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure a clear flow of information
- Organizing and tracking appointments as well as creating and processing internal and external correspondence
- Compilation of construction site documents
- You create convincing offers, ensure that orders are processed and coordinated smoothly and prepare the invoicing and billing for the respective construction site
Our requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Ideally, you have already worked in similar areas and bring know-how with you
- Initiative, ability to work in a team, good comprehension and organizational skills
- The ability to be flexible when things change
